About
Our Philosophy Is Simple…
“Do that which is right for the benefit of our clients to the glory of God.”
I chose this profession because I want to see God’s promise for healing and wholeness fulfilled for those who are sick and broken (physically, psychologically, and spiritually). I want to help people and make a difference in their lives. Nursing is not just a job, nor is it just a career. It’s a calling, something that I am born to do. I was drawn to it and compelled by it—it calls to the very center of my heart and soul. When I entered into nursing, I learned compassion for those who are suffering; empathy for their pain; critical thinking skills that help assess situations and plan solutions; leadership skills that enable me to provide excellent care in any situation; communication skills that allow me to provide clear instructions to my patients and colleagues; an honesty that patients can trust my advice; respect for their dignity as human beings, and more!
I believe in God’s word and its blueprint for healthy living in all aspects, and I am committed to exhibiting God’s love in provision of caring and compassionate service to my patients. I also understand that the knowledge and expertise I have obtained must be shared and used in the service to my patients for the advancement of their health. I conspire to cultivate an atmosphere of unity, mutual respect, and shared governance in the best interest of the patients. I believe that integrity, honesty, respect, and professional behaviors are essential to providing quality care to my patients. I value genuine love, care, and concern by mirroring patience, endurance, and commitment. I strive to enable and empower my patients to maintain an optimal level of health with dignity and respect.
Nursing is one of the most important professions in the world; the backbone of the medical industry. We must be able to communicate with people from all walks of life and cultures while respecting their unique needs. It is a career that demands an understanding of our own limitations. Nursing taught me leadership skills, communication skills, and honesty—all traits that have helped me succeed in my career, both personally and professionally. Staying informed with the evolution of science, continuing education, coupled with agape love, can aid and advance the complete health—mind, body, soul, and the quality of life of those that I serve.
